We have terry socks machines, double cylinder socks machine, single cylinder socks machines: 56N, 84N, 96N, 108N, 132N, 144N, 168N, 200N, and we also can produce jaquard double cylinder socks.

Outputs reach 50 Millions pairs each year base on our own socks production base.

Toe Link and Inspection Workshop

HANDLINKED TOE

The handlinked toe is smooth and seamless, very comfortable to wear, after handlinked or rosso toe, our workers will put every pc of sock on the board to inspect the toe link quality and the whole socks knitting quality.

ROSSO TOE

Rosso toe is made by machine, it's a lot  more faster than handlinked toe and much lower cost, the capacity of rosso toe linking is also much more than handlinking.

BOARDING WORKSHOP

TWO SETTING MACHINES

The boarding machine will process steam on the socks according to  certain pressure.

OUTPUTS 22+ MILLIONS PAIRS PER YEAR

After boarding, the socks will be in right size, and become well shaped.

Pairing and Packing Workshop

PAIRING PROCESS

In the middle of pairing 2 pcs of the socks as same pair, the workers are also inspect the socks quality, size, designs, color as well, they find out defects, and pick out from production to make sure everything is perfect in the production.

PACKING PROCESS

You can choose hangtags or bands to labels your socks.We accept custom labels, stickers, hangtags, polybags and all kinds of box.

Metal Detecting Workshop

HASHIMA METAL DETECT MACHINE

This is a very important step.The purpose is to detect whether there are broken needles or iron wire and other metals in socks, which can cause harm to human body.

ALL SOCKS NEED TO BE METAL FREE

The socks failed in the metal inspection will be picked out from production and put into a total closed box, and destroyed , it never can be used again in the production.

Finished Warehouse

PADDED WITH PLASTIC PALLETS

All the carton boxes mustn't directly touch the floor in order to keep boxes dry enough, they all padded with plastic pallets, which are also easy to help moving the boxes.

STORAGE ACCORDING TO THE ORDER

This is the last step before delivery, All packed production are well stored in the warehouse according to order's requirements.
